Brief: Sanna and Richard wanted to extend their home in Teddington and add a new kitchen, utility room, dining area and living area to create an open-plan entertaining space. They wanted an industrial-style design, and new patio area in the garden, and they wanted to keep their existing living room. After we presented them with the designs in the VR headset, they chose this beautiful stepped back design for their rear extension with two lantern roof flights. We extended by four metres to give them ample entertaining and dining space as well as enough room for a sizeable utility room.
