Brief: For this project, the client wanted to make their ground floor living area work better for their family. They wanted to extend to the rear of the property and reconfigure the layout to give themselves a new kitchen and dining area for entertaining. This included extending to the side of the house too. As part of the renovations, we needed to remove a number of internal chimney breasts.

The end result was a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a pitched roof and beautiful Crittal windows and doors. We created ample space for a downstairs cloakroom and utility room away from the kitchen.

This project was achieved with a householder planning application.
